About Us Established in 2001, Shandong MBH Fitness is engaged in manufacturing more than 400 models of commercial and home-use fitness equipment as well as strength machines with seven series from low to high and cardio machines.
Up to 50 models are available per series with different functions. Our cardio machines include treadmills, elliptical trainers, spinning, recumbent and upright bikes, which are widely used in gyms and fitness clubs, hotels, resorts, schools, military and homes, and are exported to the Middle East, India, Europe, the US and Africa. As such, our export sales revenue amounts to $7.5 million.
Advanced Production
With a 100,000-square-meter factory equipped with 30 production lines, we can produce 5,000 units monthly. Our treadmill running belts come from Germany and our transducers are sourced from Mitsubishi. We also have 46 raw material suppliers cooperating with us.
60 Models Released Yearly
We have over 30 R&D staff with 10 years' experience, and our design team can develop 60 new stylish and functional models each year. We have over nine years' ODM and OEM experience and our R&D equipment are imported from Japan and Germany, allowing us to finish samples within 30 days.
Strict Quality Control
Our 60 QC auditors with five years of experience conduct five rounds of testing on our machines, from materials to finished product. Having these facilities and a strict quality control system, we have gained ISO 20957-1:2005, CE, RoHS, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001:2004 certifications.
